          The faculty of school of management paid a visit to China in January 2019, on which Aj. Chai-Ching Tan and his colleagues Aj Chatrudee Jongsureyapart and Aj. Jiang Chun produced a research paper exploring research topics on China related themes, especially on the complex adaptive system of Chinas innovation environment, and brand-story telling of thriving international hotel brand. The complex adaptive system captures the current state of art of development in AI and IoT driven business ecosystem, based on the authorsobservations and interview analysis. By using an instrumental case study approach, the paper was well received and was awarded with the Best Presentation Awards, and at the  6th Great Mekong Sub-region International Conference (GMSIC2019 held at University of Management and Economics Kampongcham in Cambodia, the paper was awarded the Best Presentation”. AjJiang presented the paper on behalf of both DrTan and DrChatrudeeThe paper can be cited as follows:
