Project for Enhancing Quality of Life Across All Age Groups in Nang Lae Subdistrict (SMART EMS Platform Design Activity)

The School of Management, in collaboration with the Academic Service Center of Mae Fah Luang University, organized the "Project for Enhancing Quality of Life Across All Age Groups in Nang Lae Subdistrict (SMART EMS Platform Design Activity)." The objective was to develop a platform for managing ambulance services, patient data, and incident information for the health and environmental staff of Nang Lae Subdistrict Municipality. The event was held at the Phu Lae Conference Room, Nang Lae Subdistrict Municipality, Chiang Rai Province, with 25 participants attending.

The SMART EMS Platform Design activity featured a team of expert speakers, including:

• Asst. Prof. Krit Sithiwangkool, Lecturer, School of Management
• Ms. Supannikar Khwanmuang, Lecturer, School of Management
• Dr. Watcharawan Intayos, Lecturer, School of Digital Technology
• Asst. Prof. Dr. Santichai Wicha, Lecturer, School of Digital Technology
• Dr. Damrongphon Kamhaengwong, Lecturer, School of Agro-Industry

The session covered several key topics:

1. Concepts for promoting well-being through digital transformation
2. Benefits of using the SMART EMS platform for managing humanitarian logistics
3. Case studies on using SMART EMS for emergency and accident response services
4. Utilizing dashboards and generating reports from the SMART EMS platform to support strategic urban health development planning

These efforts aim to enhance community well-being and align with Sustainable Development Goal 3 (SDG 3): Good Health and Well-Being, ensuring healthy lives and promoting well-being for all at all ages.
