DisLog MFU ลงพื้นที่สร้างเกราะคุ้มกัน "โรงพยาบาลเชียงราย" รับมือภัยพิบัติแผ่นดินไหว

On February 16, 2026, the Integrated Disaster Logistics Management Research Center (DisLog), School of Management, Mae Fah Luang University—led by Asst. Prof. Dr. Narat Hasachoo, Asst. Prof. Nattapol Ransikarbum, and Dr. Korawit Fakkhong—was invited by the Chiang Rai Provincial Public Health Office to conduct a specialized workshop. The session was attended by over 80 healthcare professionals from 18 public hospitals and the Health Promoting Hospital (Sub-district) network across Chiang Rai.

Key Missions of the Workshop: 

• Enhancing Readiness: Preparing for earthquake scenarios through standardized hospital logistics systems.
• Evidence-Based Insights: Presenting findings on the seismic performance of hospital buildings, supported by the National Research Council of Thailand (NRCT) Year 2 grant.
• Skill Empowerment: Training staff on how to conduct preliminary building damage assessments immediately following an earthquake.

This initiative not only reflects the high-quality research of the School of Management, MFU, but also reinforces the university's vital role as an academic pillar dedicated to the safety and sustainable resilience of communities in Upper Northern Thailand.

เมื่อวันที่ 16 กุมภาพันธ์ 2569 ที่ผ่านมา ศูนย์วิจัยการจัดการโลจิสติกส์ภัยพิบัติแบบบูรณาการ (DisLog) สำนักวิชาการจัดการ มฟล. นำโดย ผศ.ดร.ณรัฐ หัสชู, ผศ.ณัฐพล รังสฤษฏ์วรการ และ ดร.กรวิทย์ ฟักคง ได้รับเกียรติจากสำนักงานสาธารณสุขจังหวัดเชียงราย จัดอบรมเชิงปฏิบัติการให้แก่บุคลากรทางการแพทย์จากโรงพยาบาลรัฐ 18 แห่ง และเครือข่าย รพ.สต. รวมกว่า 80 ท่าน

ภารกิจสำคัญในการอบรมครั้งนี้: 

• ยกระดับความพร้อม: เตรียมรับมือเหตุแผ่นดินไหวด้วยระบบโลจิสติกส์โรงพยาบาลที่ได้มาตรฐาน
• เผยผลวิจัยจริง: นำเสนอผลการประเมินสมรรถนะต้านทานแผ่นดินไหวของอาคารโรงพยาบาล (จากทุนวิจัย วช. ปีที่ 2)
• ติดอาวุธทักษะ: สอนวิธีการตรวจสอบสภาพความเสียหายของอาคารเบื้องต้นทันทีหลังเกิดเหตุ

การลงพื้นที่ครั้งนี้ไม่เพียงแต่สะท้อนคุณภาพงานวิจัยของสำนักวิชาการจัดการ มฟล. แต่ยังเป็นการตอกย้ำบทบาทของมหาวิทยาลัยในการเป็นที่พึ่งด้านวิชาการเพื่อความปลอดภัยของชุมชนในพื้นที่ภาคเหนือตอนบนอย่างยั่งยืน
