ในวันที่ 4 ตุลาคม 2568 คุณ นิดนารี โคแพร่ และ น.ส. วานิดา แซ่โซ้ง จากห้องปฏิบัติการ M the Food Project สำนักวิชาการจัดการ ได้เข้าร่วมแข่งขันกับทีมอื่น ๆ รวม 10 ทีม และสามารถคว้ามาได้ถึง 2 รางวัลชมเชยใน 2 รายการใหญ่:

The School of Management, Mae Fah Luang University (MFU) extends its congratulations on the success of its staff and student representatives, who brought recognition to the university at the "Eastern Lanna Gastronomy Tourism Festival," organized by the Chiang Rai Provincial Tourism and Sports Office.
On October 4, 2068, Ms. Nidnaree Koprae and Ms. Wanida Saesong from the M the Food Project Laboratory, School of Management, competed against 10 teams and successfully clinched two consolation prizes in two major categories:
