รางวัลอันทรงเกียรตินี้สะท้อนถึงความมุ่งมั่นและความทุ่มเทของ ผศ.ดร.ฑิภาวิณี ในการขับเคลื่อนและพัฒนาระบบการศึกษาเชิงบูรณาการกับการทำงาน (Cooperative and Work-Integrated Education: CWIE) ตลอดจนการเป็นอาจารย์นิเทศที่คอยดูแล แนะนำ และบ่มเพาะศักยภาพของนักศึกษาอย่างใกล้ชิด เพื่อเตรียมความพร้อมให้ก้าวสู่โลกแห่งการทำงานจริงในอุตสาหกรรมการบินอย่างเป็นมืออาชีพและมีคุณภาพในระดับสากล
