สำนักวิชาการจัดการ มฟล. นำองค์ความรู้โลจิสติกส์ภัยพิบัติ ขับเคลื่อนความปลอดภัยสู่โรงพยาบาลพื้นที่ชายแดน ต.แม่สลองใน

Asst. Prof. Dr. Narat Hasachoo, a lecturer in the Logistics and Supply Chain Management programme at the School of Management, Mae Fah Luang University, alongside three third-year students—Ms. Thitirat Klaichit, Ms. Nichaphat Inthachot, and Ms. Suthikamon Promdee—were invited by Mae Fah Luang Hospital to serve as guest speakers and facilitators for a comprehensive Disaster Logistics simulation drill. Mae Fah Luang Hospital is a public healthcare facility located in the border zone of Mae Salong Nai Sub-district, Mae Fah Luang District, Chiang Rai Province.

The workshop was designed to strengthen the hospital’s resilience against potential earthquake scenarios. The MFU team introduced tailored strategic tools developed through academic integration, which included Logistics Simulation software to optimize patient movement, strategic evacuation routing, and a customized Earthquake Preparedness Manual for the hospital's staff.

The session successfully engaged 70 participants, including hospital executives and frontline medical personnel. This collaborative initiative highlights the School of Management’s research excellence in Hospital Logistics and Disaster Logistics. Furthermore, it exemplifies MFU’s commitment to co-research models where faculty and students collaborate to deliver tangible academic services, truly serving as a pillar of reliance for the community.

ผู้ช่วยศาสตราจารย์ ดร.ณรัฐ หัสชู อาจารย์ประจำสาขาวิชาการจัดการโลจิสติกส์และโซ่อุปทาน สำนักวิชาการจัดการ มหาวิทยาลัยแม่ฟ้าหลวง พร้อมด้วยนักศึกษาชั้นปีที่ 3 ได้แก่ นส.ฐิติรัตน์ ใกล้ชิด, นส.ณิชาพัชร์ อินทโชติ และ นส.สุธิกมล พรมดี ได้รับเกียรติจากโรงพยาบาลแม่ฟ้าหลวง ซึ่งเป็นโรงพยาบาลรัฐในเขตพื้นที่ชายแดน ตั้งอยู่ ณ ต.แม่สลองใน อ.แม่ฟ้าหลวง จ.เชียงราย ให้เป็นวิทยากรบรรยายและร่วมจัดซ้อมแผนโลจิสติกส์ภัยพิบัติ (Disaster Logistics) เพื่อเตรียมความพร้อมรับมือกับสถานการณ์แผ่นดินไหวในพื้นที่

ได้นำเสนอเครื่องมือและแนวทางปฏิบัติการที่พัฒนาขึ้นเพื่อตอบโจทย์พื้นที่โดยเฉพาะ ประกอบด้วยการพัฒนาโปรแกรมจำลองสถานการณ์ (Logistics Simulation) เพื่อวางแผนการเคลื่อนย้ายเชิงระบบ, การกำหนดเส้นทางการอพยพ (Evacuation Routes) ที่ปลอดภัย และการจัดทำคู่มือเตรียมพร้อมรับมือแผ่นดินไหวสำหรับโรงพยาบาล

การฝึกอบรมและซ้อมแผนในครั้งนี้มีผู้บริหารและบุคลากรทางการแพทย์เข้าร่วมรวมทั้งสิ้น 70 คน ถือเป็นสิ่งสะท้อนถึงศักยภาพและความเชี่ยวชาญด้านงานวิจัยของสำนักวิชาการจัดการ มหาวิทยาลัยแม่ฟ้าหลวง ในศาสตร์ด้านการจัดการโลจิสติกส์โรงพยาบาล (Hospital Logistics) และการจัดการโลจิสติกส์ภัยพิบัติ (Disaster Logistics) อีกทั้งยังแสดงให้เห็นถึงความสำเร็จของการบูรณาการการเรียนการสอนร่วมกับการวิจัย (Co-research) ระหว่างอาจารย์และนักศึกษา เพื่อสร้างประโยชน์ที่เป็นรูปธรรมและเป็นที่พึ่งให้กับชุมชนและสังคมอย่างแท้จริง
