สำนักวิชาการจัดการ มหาวิทยาลัยแม่ฟ้าหลวง ต้อนรับคณะผู้บริหารธนาคารกรุงไทย หารือความร่วมมือโครงการ Krungthai X MFU Talent Development

วันที่ 5 มิถุนายน 2569 — สำนักวิชาการจัดการ มหาวิทยาลัยแม่ฟ้าหลวง ให้การต้อนรับคณะผู้บริหารจากบริษัท ธนาคารกรุงไทย จำกัด (มหาชน) ในโอกาสเข้าพบเพื่อหารือแนวทางความร่วมมือทางวิชาการภายใต้โครงการ "Krungthai X MFU Talent Development" ณ ห้องประชุมสำนักวิชาการจัดการ มหาวิทยาลัยแม่ฟ้าหลวง

การหารือในครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์หลักเพื่อร่วมมือกันพัฒนาศักยภาพและความพร้อมของนักศึกษาในการก้าวเข้าสู่โลกการทำงานในอนาคต อีกทั้งยังเป็นการสร้างเครือข่ายความร่วมมืออันแข็งแกร่งระหว่างภาคการศึกษาและภาคธุรกิจ โดยมีประเด็นสำคัญในการหารือ 3 ด้านหลัก ได้แก่:

1. โครงการ Krungthai X MFU Talent Development: มุ่งเน้นการขับเคลื่อนกิจกรรมหลักเพื่อเสริมสร้างทักษะรอบด้าน ประกอบด้วย โครงการพัฒนานักศึกษาฝึกงานในรูปแบบ Project-Based (Project-Based Student Internship) โครงการสำรวจเส้นทางอาชีพเพื่อสร้างเป้าหมายที่ชัดเจน (Career Exploration) และการเสริมสร้างความพร้อมและสมรรถนะในการทำงาน (People Excellence)

2. การจัดทำบันทึกข้อตกลงความร่วมมือทางวิชาการ (MOU): พิจารณาความเป็นไปได้ในการลงนามความร่วมมือระหว่างมหาวิทยาลัยแม่ฟ้าหลวงและธนาคารกรุงไทย เพื่อร่วมกันพัฒนาหลักสูตรและกิจกรรมที่ตอบโจทย์ความต้องการของภาคธุรกิจและตลาดแรงงานในปัจจุบันอย่างแท้จริง

3. การขยายผลความร่วมมือในอนาคต: แลกเปลี่ยนแนวทางในการจัดกิจกรรมรูปแบบอื่นๆ ที่จะเป็นประโยชน์ต่อการพัฒนาองค์ความรู้และทักษะของทั้งนักศึกษาและบุคลากรของทั้งสององค์กร

การพบปะกันในวันนี้ ถือเป็นก้าวสำคัญในการแลกเปลี่ยนวิสัยทัศน์และข้อเสนอแนะร่วมกัน โดยทั้งสองฝ่ายมุ่งหวังว่าความร่วมมือนี้จะเป็นกลไกสำคัญในการยกระดับสมรรถนะของนักศึกษา มอบประสบการณ์การเรียนรู้จากผู้เชี่ยวชาญในโลกธุรกิจจริง เพื่อบ่มเพาะให้นักศึกษามหาวิทยาลัยแม่ฟ้าหลวงเติบโตไปเป็นกำลังสำคัญที่มีคุณภาพของประเทศต่อไป

5 June 2026 — The School of Management at Mae Fah Luang University (MFU) recently welcomed a delegation of executives from Krungthai Bank Public Company Limited. The meeting, held at the School of Management Meeting Room, aimed to explore academic collaboration under the newly proposed "Krungthai X MFU Talent Development" project.

The primary objective of this discussion was to bridge the gap between academia and the corporate world, equipping MFU students with the essential skills required for the future workforce. Key agendas focused on three main pillars:

1. The Krungthai X MFU Talent Development Project: This initiative features key career-building programs, including a Project-Based Student Internship, Career Exploration initiatives, and workforce readiness preparation focused on People Excellence.

2. Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) Feasibility: Both parties discussed the framework for an upcoming academic MOU between MFU and Krungthai Bank. This official partnership will ensure student development aligns directly with evolving corporate demands and labor market trends.

3. Future Collaborative Frameworks: Strategic dialogue was held to explore further areas of collaboration that would mutually benefit the professional development of both MFU students and personnel from both organizations.

This productive session provided a valuable platform for exchanging insights and vision. Both MFU and Krungthai Bank are deeply committed to making this partnership a vital catalyst for elevating student competencies, offering real-world business experiences, and shaping MFU graduates into high-caliber professionals driving the nation’s future economy.
