สำนักวิชาการจัดการ มฟล. ถ่ายทอดองค์ความรู้สู่ชุมชนแม่สาย ยกระดับการท่องเที่ยวด้วยการออกแบบประสบการณ์ “เปลี่ยนของเดิมให้ Wow! สร้างคุณค่าและอัตลักษณ์ประทับใจ”
สำนักวิชาการจัดการ มหาวิทยาลัยแม่ฟ้าหลวง ร่วมกับ เทศบาลตำบลแม่สาย จังหวัดเชียงราย จัดโครงการส่งเสริมการท่องเที่ยวโดยชุมชน ประจำปีงบประมาณ 2569 เมื่อวันที่ 8 กันยายน 2569 ณ ห้องปฏิบัติการ T-ReX Studio อาคารศูนย์ปฏิบัติการเพื่อพัฒนาการเรียนรู้ตลอดชีวิต (M-Square) มหาวิทยาลัยแม่ฟ้าหลวง โดยมีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อส่งเสริมให้ประชาชนและผู้แทนชุมชนมีความพร้อมในการปรับตัวต่อการเปลี่ยนแปลงของโลก สามารถนำองค์ความรู้ทางวิชาการไปประยุกต์ใช้ในการพัฒนาพื้นที่ พร้อมทั้งเสริมสร้างทักษะ กระบวนการเรียนรู้ และเครือข่ายความร่วมมือเพื่อขับเคลื่อนการท่องเที่ยวชุมชนอย่างยั่งยืน
กิจกรรมภายในโครงการเน้นการเรียนรู้ผ่านการบรรยายและการฝึกอบรมเชิงปฏิบัติการ (Workshop) โดยคณาจารย์ผู้เชี่ยวชาญจากสำนักวิชาการจัดการ มหาวิทยาลัยแม่ฟ้าหลวง ได้แก่:

ดร. ศิริเพ็ญ เยี่ยมจรรยา บรรยายในหัวข้อ “อะไรที่ทำให้นักท่องเที่ยว ‘ว้าว’ (วิเคราะห์จุดประทับใจ)” พร้อมจัด Workshop “เส้นทางประสบการณ์นักท่องเที่ยวและขั้นตอนบริการ” มุ่งเน้นการวิเคราะห์มุมมองและพฤติกรรมของนักท่องเที่ยวตลอดเส้นทางการเดินทาง เพื่อนำไปสู่การออกแบบสิ่งแวดล้อมสรรค์สร้างและการบริการที่สร้างความประทับใจ

ผู้ช่วยศาสตราจารย์ปิยะนาฏ จันทร์กระจ่าง บรรยายในหัวข้อ “Local Food & Snack Styling (Hands-on Photo Challenge)” และ Workshop “รายละเอียดเล็ก ๆ สร้างความประทับใจ” มุ่งพัฒนาทักษะการจัดแต่งและนำเสนออาหารและขนมท้องถิ่นผ่านการลงมือปฏิบัติจริง เพื่อยกระดับมูลค่าผลิตภัณฑ์ชุมชนด้วยการใส่ใจในรายละเอียด

ผู้ช่วยศาสตราจารย์ ดร. อาทิตยา ปาทาน และ ดร. พิรานันท์ จันทาพูน ร่วมดำเนินกิจกรรมเชิงสร้างสรรค์ เปิดโอกาสให้ผู้เข้าร่วมได้ทดลองฝึกปฏิบัติและเรียนรู้จากประสบการณ์จริง
ในช่วงท้ายของโครงการ มีการสรุปบทเรียนผ่านกิจกรรม Reflection & Action Plan ในหัวข้อ “พรุ่งนี้จะกลับไปเปลี่ยนอะไร?” โดยได้รับเกียรติจาก รองศาสตราจารย์ ดร. พลวัฒ ประพัฒน์ทอง รักษาการแทนหัวหน้าสถาบันศิลปวัฒนธรรมและอารยธรรมลุ่มน้ำโขง มหาวิทยาลัยแม่ฟ้าหลวง ร่วมแลกเปลี่ยนมุมมองและให้ข้อคิดเห็น เพื่อเชื่อมโยงองค์ความรู้สู่นโยบายและการปฏิบัติตามบริบทของชุมชนแม่สายอย่างเป็นรูปธรรม
การดำเนินโครงการครั้งนี้สะท้อนถึงพันธกิจของสำนักวิชาการจัดการ มหาวิทยาลัยแม่ฟ้าหลวง ในการนำความเชี่ยวชาญทางวิชาการมาบูรณาการร่วมกับการพัฒนาสังคม ผ่านกระบวนการออกแบบประสบการณ์เชิงสร้างสรรค์ที่สอดคล้องกับอัตลักษณ์ท้องถิ่น

The School of Management at Mae Fah Luang University (MFU), in collaboration with Mae Sai Subdistrict Municipality, Chiang Rai Province, organized the "Community-Led Tourism Promotion Project for Fiscal Year 2026" on 8 September 2026 at the T-ReX Studio, M-Square Building (Learning Operation Center), Mae Fah Luang University. The initiative was designed to broaden the horizons of local community members, enhancing their adaptability to global shifts while equipping them with practical academic knowledge to drive sustainable community-led tourism and foster strong collaborative networks.
The program featured interactive lectures and hands-on workshops delivered by faculty members from the School of Management, MFU:

Dr. Siripen Yiamjanya delivered a session titled "What Makes Tourists Say ‘Wow’? (Analyzing Impressive Moments)" and facilitated the workshop "Tourist Experience Journey and Service Process." The session focused on analyzing the tourist journey to design meaningful built environments and memorable service experiences.

Asst. Prof. Piyanart Junkrachang presented "Local Food & Snack Styling (Hands-on Photo Challenge)" alongside the workshop "Small Details, Big Impressions." Participants gained practical skills in styling and presenting local food and snacks, learning how subtle details can significantly elevate product value and visual appeal.

Asst. Prof. Dr. Athitaya Pathan and Dr. Piranun Juntapoon co-facilitated creative experiential learning sessions, encouraging participants to experiment and learn through direct practice.
The project concluded with a Reflection & Action Plan session titled "What Will You Go Back and Change Tomorrow?", featuring insights from Assoc. Prof. Dr. Pollavat Praphattong, Acting Head of the Institute for Mekong Basin Civilization, Art and Culture, MFU. The session served to consolidate key learnings and transform ideas into actionable tourism development strategies tailored to the Mae Sai context.
This initiative underscores the School of Management’s commitment to bridging academic expertise with community development, enhancing local capacity through creative experience design rooted in regional identity.
