ขอแสดงความยินดีกับหลักสูตรบริหารธุรกิจบัณฑิต วิชาเอกธุรกิจการท่องเที่ยวและอีเว้นท์ วิชาเอกการจัดการธุรกิจบริการ และวิชาเอกการจัดการธุรกิจการบิน ที่ผ่านการรับรองมาตรฐาน UNWTO.TEDQUAL จากองค์การการท่องเที่ยวโลกแห่งสหประชาชาติ เป็นครั้งแรกเป็นระยะเวลา 4 ปี ระหว่างวันที่ 4 มีนาคม 2567 – 4 มีนาคม 2571 โดยผลการประเมินที่สำนักวิชาการจัดการ มหาวิทยาลัยแม่ฟ้าหลวงสามารถทำได้สำเร็จบรรลุตามเกณฑ์ที่กำหนดไว้ (Degree of Accomplishment) คิดเป็น 94% ซึ่งเป็นการรับรองคุณภาพการศึกษาด้านการท่องเที่ยว โดยองค์การการท่องเที่ยวโลกแห่งสหประชาชาติ (UNWTO) เป็นหน่วยงานเฉพาะด้านขององค์การสหประชาชาติ และเป็นหน่วยงานที่ได้รับการยอมรับสูงสุดในอุตสาหกรรมการท่องเที่ยว การได้รับการรับรองมาตรฐานนี้เป็นการประกันคุณภาพการศึกษาที่ยอมรับทั่วโลก แสดงให้เห็นถึงการเรียนการสอนของสำนักวิชาการจัดการ มหาวิทยาลัยแม่ฟ้าหลวงที่มีคุณภาพระดับสากล และสอดคล้องกับตลาดแรงงานในอุตสาหกรรมการท่องเที่ยวของโลก สำหรับในการประเมินครั้งนี้ ผู้ประเมินได้ทำการสัมภาษณ์ผู้ที่เกี่ยวข้องกับหลักสูตร ประกอบด้วย นักศึกษาปัจจุบัน อาจารย์ ศิษย์เก่าของทั้งสามวิชาเอก รวมถึงผู้ประกอบการที่เกี่ยวข้องและผู้ใช้บัณฑิต เพื่อรับฟังข้อคิดเห็นและข้อเสนอแนะ ซึ่งเป็นส่วนสำคัญในการประเมินคุณภาพของหลักสูตร และประเมินการดำเนินงานของหลักสูตร ตามหลักจรรยาบรรณการท่องเที่ยวโลกขององค์การการท่องเที่ยวโลกแห่งสหประชาชาติ
School of Management Mae Fah Luang University Achieved UNWTO.TedQual Certification, an esteemed international accreditation in Tourism education, issued by the United Nations World Tourism Organization (UNWTO).
On March 4th, 2024
the School of Management at Mae Fah Luang University received positive affirmation through the UNWTO.TedQual First Certification process for its esteemed Bachelor of Business Administration programs in: • Tourism Business and Events (TBE) • Hospitality Business Management (HBM) • Aviation Business Management (ABM) The audit was conducted in September 2023, and the three programs have been certified for the period from March 2024 till March 2028 (4 years). The UNWTO.TedQual certification serves as a testament to the institution's commitment to delivering high-quality education in the field of tourism, hospitality, aviation, and related industries, with efforts in academia now being recognized on an international scale. The UNWTO.TedQual certification not only acknowledges the excellence of the institution but also opens doors to a multitude of benefits and opportunities for its students and faculty members.
