สรุปภาพรวมกิจกรรม Carolina at Chapel Hill Burch Field Research Seminar focused on Public Health, Entrepreneurship, and Food Systems 2025

ระหว่างวันที่ 10 – 15 มิถุนายน 2568 ศูนย์วิจัยเพื่อผู้ประกอบการและความยั่งยืน สำนักวิชาการจัดการ มหาวิทยาลัยแม่ฟ้าหลวง ร่วมกับ University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill จัดกิจกรรม “Carolina at Chapel Hill Burch Field Research Seminar focused on Public Health, Entrepreneurship, and Food Systems”

• กิจกรรมจัดขึ้น ณ มหาวิทยาลัยแม่ฟ้าหลวง และพื้นที่ชุมชนในจังหวัดเชียงราย โดยมีผู้เข้าร่วมประกอบด้วย
• นักศึกษาจาก University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill จำนวน 20 คน
• อาจารย์ผู้ควบคุมจาก UNC จำนวน 2 คน
• นักศึกษามหาวิทยาลัยแม่ฟ้าหลวง 15 คน
• สมาชิกศูนย์วิจัย SERC คณาจารย์จากสำนักวิชาการจัดการ สำนักวิชานิติศาสตร์และสำนักวิชานวัตกรรมสังคม มฟล.

ตลอดระยะเวลา 6 วันของกิจกรรม นักศึกษาได้ลงพื้นที่เรียนรู้กับชุมชน ศึกษากรณีตัวอย่าง และแลกเปลี่ยนองค์ความรู้ร่วมกันในประเด็นสำคัญระดับโลก ทั้งด้านสาธารณสุข ระบบอาหาร และการเป็นผู้ประกอบการ

กิจกรรมนี้สะท้อนถึงความร่วมมือทางวิชาการระดับนานาชาติ และการเรียนรู้เชิงปฏิบัติที่มุ่งเน้นการสร้างความเข้าใจในบริบทของชุมชน พร้อมทั้งพัฒนาทักษะของนักศึกษาให้พร้อมรับมือกับความท้าทายของโลกยุคใหม่ 

Summary of the Carolina at Chapel Hill Burch Field Research Seminar focused on Public Health, Entrepreneurship, and Food Systems 2025

From June 10–15, 2025, SERC, School of Management, Mae Fah Luang University (MFU), in collaboration with the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill (UNC), hosted the “Carolina at Chapel Hill Burch Field Research Seminar focused on Public Health, Entrepreneurship, and Food Systems.”

The seminar took place at MFU and in local communities across Chiang Rai Province, with participation from:

• 20 students from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill
•  2 supervising faculty members from UNC
• 15 students from Mae Fah Luang University
• SERC member, Faculty members from the School of Management, School of Law and School of Social Innovation MFU

Over the course of six days, participants engaged in immersive learning experiences within the community, explored real-world case studies, and exchanged knowledge on key global issues including public health, food systems, and entrepreneurship.

This activity reflects a strong commitment to international academic collaboration and hands-on learning, helping students gain a deeper understanding of community contexts while developing the skills needed to face today’s global challenges.
