มหาวิทยาลัยแม่ฟ้าหลวง ตอกย้ำความเป็นเลิศด้านการจัดการศึกษาที่มุ่งเน้นการปฏิบัติจริง ล่าสุดได้รับการคัดเลือก จากประกาศของสำนักงานปลัดกระทรวงการอุดมศึกษา วิทยาศาสตร์ วิจัยและนวัตกรรม (อว.) ใน "โครงการเร่งรัดและขยายผลการผลิตกำลังคนสมรรถนะสูง ผ่านหลักสูตรสหกิจศึกษาและการศึกษาเชิงบูรณาการกับการทำงาน (Cooperative and Work Integrated Education: CWIE)" ประจำปีงบประมาณ พ.ศ. 2569
ความสำเร็จในระดับชาติครั้งนี้ เกิดขึ้นภายใต้การนำของ ดร.นาตาชา มาศวิเชียร (หัวหน้าโครงการ) พร้อมด้วยทีมนักวิจัยและคณาจารย์ผู้เชี่ยวชาญจากสำนักวิชาการจัดการ ได้แก่ อ.วชิร พลบุญ, ดร.สุนิดา ธิว่อง และ อ.ศรุตนันท์ โสภณิก ซึ่งได้ร่วมกันผลักดันโครงการที่มุ่งเน้นความร่วมมือกับภาคเอกชนระดับโลกอย่างเป็นรูปธรรม
ผนึกกำลังยักษ์ใหญ่ภาคอุตสาหกรรมการบิน "ซาฟราน เคบิน" ไฮไลต์สำคัญของโครงการรับรางวัลนี้ คือการบูรณาการความร่วมมือกับ บริษัท ซาฟราน เคบิน ลำพูน จำกัด (Safran Cabin Lamphun) ซึ่งเป็นบริษัทผู้นำระดับโลกด้านอุตสาหกรรมอุปกรณ์ภายในห้องโดยสารเครื่องบิน โดยโครงการได้ส่งนักศึกษาเข้าเรียนรู้และปฏิบัติงานจริงภายใต้โจทย์การทำงานที่ท้าทายในหัวข้อ "การพัฒนาด้านการตลาดและการเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพการทำงานเพื่อเพิ่มคุณค่าทางด้านอุตสาหกรรมการบิน"
ทั้งนี้ ทีมคณาจารย์และนักศึกษาของมหาวิทยาลัยแม่ฟ้าหลวง มีกำหนดการเข้าปฏิบัติงานร่วมกับสถานประกอบการอย่างเต็มรูปแบบในช่วงเดือนพฤษภาคม 2569 นี้ เพื่อร่วมสร้างสรรค์นวัตกรรมและยกระดับขีดความสามารถของกำลังคนสมรรถนะสูงให้ตอบโจทย์อุตสาหกรรมการบินระดับสากลต่อไป
Mae Fah Luang University (MFU) continues to demonstrate its excellence in practical, industry-aligned education by securing in the "Accelerating and Expanding the Production of High-Performance Workforce through Cooperative and Work Integrated Education (CWIE)" project for the fiscal year 2026, as announced by the Office of the Permanent Secretary, Ministry of Higher Education, Science, Research and Innovation (MHESI).
This national achievement was spearheaded by Dr.Natacha Maswichian (Project Leader), along with a team of dedicated experts from the School of Management, including Aj.Wachira Ponboon, Dr.Sunida Tiwong, and Sarutanan Sopanik Together, they have successfully driven a project that emphasizes concrete collaboration with world-class private sectors.
Partnering with Aviation Industry Giant, "Safran Cabin" A major highlight of this award-winning project is the strategic partnership with Safran Cabin Lamphun Co., Ltd., a global leader in aircraft cabin interiors. The project integrates students into real-world working environments to tackle a challenging industry-specific topic: "Marketing Development and Work Efficiency Enhancement for Value Creation in the Aviation Industry."
The MFU team of lecturers and students is scheduled to commence their collaborative fieldwork with the company in May 2026. This initiative aims to foster innovation and elevate the competencies of a high-performance workforce, directly responding to the demands of the global aviation industry.
