สำนักวิชาการจัดการ มหาวิทยาลัยแม่ฟ้าหลวง (School of Management, MFU) ขอแสดงความยินดีกับ Miss Aye Thiri Kywe นักศึกษาระดับปริญญาโท หลักสูตรบริหารธุรกิจมหาบัณฑิต สาขาวิชาการจัดการโลจิสติกส์และโซ่อุปทานระหว่างประเทศ (MBA in International Logistics and Supply Chain Management) ที่ได้รับรางวัล Best Track Paper ในกลุ่ม Human Factors, Ergonomics and Healthcare Systems
รางวัลดังกล่าวได้รับจากผลงานวิจัยหัวข้อ "Application of the WISN Method to Develop a Pharmacist Staffing Framework in a Private Hospital in Myanmar" โดยมี ผู้ช่วยศาสตราจารย์ ดร.ณรัฐ หัสชู เป็นอาจารย์ที่ปรึกษาวิทยานิพนธ์หลัก
ผลงานนี้ได้ถูกนำเสนอในการประชุมวิชาการระดับนานาชาติ The 4th Australian International Conference on Industrial Engineering and Operations Management (IEOM) ซึ่งจัดขึ้นระหว่างวันที่ 25-27 พฤศจิกายน 2568 ณ เมืองเมลเบิร์น ประเทศออสเตรเลีย ความสำเร็จในครั้งนี้สะท้อนให้เห็นถึงศักยภาพทางวิชาการและการมุ่งเน้นการทำวิจัยที่สามารถนำไปประยุกต์ใช้ได้จริงในระดับสากลของสำนักวิชาการจัดการ มหาวิทยาลัยแม่ฟ้าหลวง
The School of Management, Mae Fah Luang University (MFU), warmly congratulates Miss Aye Thiri Kywe, a Master's degree student in the Master of Business Administration Programme in International Logistics and Supply Chain Management, on receiving the Best Track Paper Award in the 'Human Factors, Ergonomics and Healthcare Systems' track.
This prestigious award was granted for her outstanding research paper titled "Application of the WISN Method to Develop a Pharmacist Staffing Framework in a Private Hospital in Myanmar," under the supervision of her main advisor, Asst. Prof. Dr. Narat Hasachoo.
The research was presented at the 4th Australian International Conference on Industrial Engineering and Operations Management (IEOM), held from November 25-27, 2025, in Melbourne, Australia. This remarkable achievement highlights the School of Management's dedication to academic excellence and impactful, internationally recognized research.
