สำนักวิชาการจัดการ มหาวิทยาลัยแม่ฟ้าหลวง ขอแสดงความยินดีอย่างยิ่งแก่ ดร.พิรานันท์ จันทะพูน และ ผศ.กฤษฎิ์ สิทธิวังกล  พร้อมด้วยคณะผู้ร่วมวิจัย ในโอกาสที่ผลงานวิจัยได้รับการตีพิมพ์ในวารสารวิชาการระดับนานาชาติ Tourism and Hospitality (Scopus Q2)

ผลงานวิจัยเรื่อง “Route-level carbon footprint assessment for community-based tourism management: A case study from Ban Boonjaem, Thailand” นำเสนอแนวทางการประเมินปริมาณคาร์บอนฟุตพริ้นท์ในระดับเส้นทางการท่องเที่ยวของชุมชนบ้านบุญแจ่ม จังหวัดแพร่ เพื่อใช้เป็นแบบอย่างและเครื่องมือสำคัญสำหรับผู้ประกอบการและชุมชนในการบริหารจัดการการท่องเที่ยวที่เป็นมิตรต่อสิ่งแวดล้อม มุ่งลดผลกระทบต่อสภาวะโลกร้อน และขับเคลื่อนเศรษฐกิจฐานรากอย่างยั่งยืน

The School of Management, Mae Fah Luang University, extends its heartiest congratulations to Dr. Piranun Juntapoon (Hospitality Business Management) and Asst. Prof. Krit Sittivangkul (Logistics and Supply Chain Management), along with their co-authors, on their research publication in Tourism and Hospitality (Scopus Q2).

Their published article, “Route-level carbon footprint assessment for community-based tourism management: A case study from Ban Boonjaem, Thailand,” highlights a practical framework for assessing carbon footprints along community tourist routes. Using Ban Boonjaem as a case study, the research offers critical insights for local tourism managers and stakeholders to lower greenhouse gas emissions, optimize travel routes, and foster sustainable community-based tourism development.

This accomplishment reflects the School of Management's dedication to creating impactful research that balances environmental stewardship with local economic growth.
