สำนักวิชาการจัดการ มหาวิทยาลัยแม่ฟ้าหลวง เดินหน้าสร้างเครือข่ายความร่วมมือกับสถาบันและองค์กรชั้นนำระดับประเทศ มุ่งสู่ความเป็นเลิศทางการศึกษา

สำนักวิชาการจัดการ มหาวิทยาลัยแม่ฟ้าหลวง นำโดย ดร. ปิยธิดา เพียรลุประสิทธิ์ คณบดีสำนักวิชาการจัดการ พร้อมด้วย ดร. ปรัศนีย์ ณ คีรี รองคณบดี ดร. ศิริเพ็ญ เยี่ยมจรรยา รองคณบดี ผศ.ดร. ทศพร อารีราษฎร์ ผู้ช่วยคณบดี และ ดร. พรพิมล ไชยสนิท อาจารย์ประจำสาขาวิชาการจัดการธุรกิจบริการ เดินทางไปสร้างเครือข่ายความร่วมมือ ณ กรุงเทพมหานคร ระหว่างวันที่ 13–17 กันยายน 2569 ภายใต้โครงการสร้างเครือข่ายกับสถานประกอบการและสถาบันชั้นนำด้านบริหารธุรกิจ การดำเนินโครงการในครั้งนี้ สำนักวิชาการจัดการได้เข้าพบและแลกเปลี่ยนเรียนรู้กับหน่วยงานชั้นนำทั้งภาคการศึกษาและภาคเอกชน ได้แก่ วิทยาลัยนานาชาติ มหาวิทยาลัยมหิดล (MUIC) จังหวัดนครปฐม คณะบริหารธุรกิจเพื่อสังคม มหาวิทยาลัยศรีนครินทรวิโรฒ กรุงเทพมหานคร บริษัท กรุงเทพดุสิตเวชการ จำกัด (มหาชน) (BDMS) และ บริษัท ปูนซิเมนต์ไทย จำกัด (มหาชน) หรือ SCG โครงการดังกล่าวมีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อสร้างและพัฒนาเครือข่ายความร่วมมือกับมหาวิทยาลัยชั้นนำด้านการจัดการของประเทศไทย แลกเปลี่ยนเรียนรู้แนวทางการพัฒนาหลักสูตรและการเรียนการสอน ระบบการประกันคุณภาพตามมาตรฐานสากล และแนวปฏิบัติที่ดีด้านการบริหารจัดการคณะและสำนักวิชา ตลอดจนพัฒนาเครือข่ายความร่วมมือกับภาคอุตสาหกรรมและองค์กรชั้นนำของประเทศ ในด้านการพัฒนาระบบบริหารจัดการและคุณภาพการศึกษา 

สำนักวิชาการจัดการได้แลกเปลี่ยนเรียนรู้เกี่ยวกับแนวทางการดำเนินงานตามเกณฑ์ AACSB กับวิทยาลัยนานาชาติ มหาวิทยาลัยมหิดล และคณะบริหารธุรกิจเพื่อสังคม มหาวิทยาลัยศรีนครินทรวิโรฒ รวมถึงแลกเปลี่ยนข้อมูลและประสบการณ์ด้านการจัดการเรียนการสอน กิจกรรมนักศึกษา การวิจัย การบริการวิชาการเพื่อสังคม การประกันคุณภาพ และการบริหารจัดการองค์กร ซึ่งจะเป็นประโยชน์ต่อการนำแนวทางและแนวปฏิบัติที่เหมาะสมมาประยุกต์ใช้ในการพัฒนาการดำเนินงานของสำนักวิชาการจัดการ นอกจากนี้ คณะผู้บริหารและบุคลากรยังได้เรียนรู้แนวทางการบริหารจัดการองค์กรสู่ความเป็นเลิศ และการประยุกต์ใช้เทคโนโลยีเพื่อเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพการดำเนินงานจากบริษัท กรุงเทพดุสิตเวชการ จำกัด (มหาชน) และบริษัท ปูนซิเมนต์ไทย จำกัด (มหาชน) ซึ่งเป็นองค์ความรู้และประสบการณ์ที่สามารถนำมาประยุกต์ใช้เพื่อพัฒนาระบบการบริหารจัดการของสำนักวิชาการจัดการให้มีประสิทธิภาพและมุ่งสู่ความเป็นเลิศอย่างต่อเนื่อง การสร้างเครือข่ายในครั้งนี้ยังเป็นโอกาสสำคัญในการ ต่อยอดความร่วมมือด้านวิชาการ การวิจัย การพัฒนาหลักสูตร การบริการวิชาการ และความร่วมมือกับภาคอุตสาหกรรม อันจะนำไปสู่การพัฒนาคุณภาพการศึกษาและเสริมสร้างศักยภาพของสำนักวิชาการจัดการ มหาวิทยาลัยแม่ฟ้าหลวง ให้ก้าวสู่ความเป็นเลิศและตอบสนองต่อการเปลี่ยนแปลงของภาคธุรกิจและสังคมในอนาคต 

สำนักวิชาการจัดการ มหาวิทยาลัยแม่ฟ้าหลวง ขอขอบคุณทุกหน่วยงานและบุคลากรที่ให้ความอนุเคราะห์และเอื้อเฟื้อโอกาสในการแลกเปลี่ยนเรียนรู้และสร้างเครือข่ายความร่วมมือในครั้งนี้ อันเป็นประโยชน์อย่างยิ่งต่อการพัฒนาการดำเนินงานของสำนักวิชาการจัดการในด้านต่าง ๆ ต่อไป

The School of Management, Mae Fah Luang University (MFU), led by Dr.Piyatida Pianluprasidh, Dean of the School of Management, together with Dr.Pratsanee Na Keeree, Associate Dean; Dr. Siripen Yiamjanya, Associate Dean; Asst. Prof. Dr. Tosporn Arreeras, Assistant Dean; and Dr.Pornpimol Chaisanit, Lecturer in Hospitality Business Management, visited Bangkok to strengthen institutional partnerships from 13–17 September 2026 under the Executive Networking Trip with Leading Business Organizations and Institutions. As part of the project, the School of Management visited and exchanged knowledge and experiences with leading organizations in both the academic and private sectors, including Mahidol University International College (MUIC) in Nakhon Pathom, Faculty of Business Administration for Society (BAS), Srinakharinwirot University (SWU) in Bangkok, Bangkok Dusit Medical Services Public Company Limited (BDMS), and The Siam Cement Public Company Limited (SCG). The project aimed to establish and strengthen collaborative networks with leading universities offering business and management education, as well as leading companies and organizations in Thailand; exchange knowledge on curriculum development, teaching and learning management, quality assurance systems aligned with international standards, and good practices in school- and faculty-level management; and explore opportunities for future collaboration.

In terms of academic quality and management development, the School of Management exchanged knowledge and experiences on AACSB accreditation and implementation with Mahidol University International College and Faculty of Business Administration for Society (BAS), Srinakharinwirot University. The discussions also covered teaching and learning management, student activities, research, academic and social engagement, quality assurance, and organizational management. The knowledge and practices gained from these exchanges will provide valuable insights for the School of Management to adapt and apply in its ongoing organizational and academic development. In addition, the School gained insights into organizational excellence and the application of technology and AI to enhance operational efficiency through exchanges with Bangkok Dusit Medical Services PCL. (BDMS) and The Siam Cement Public Company Limited (SCG). 
The knowledge and experiences gained will provide valuable insights for the School’s ongoing efforts to enhance its management systems and organizational excellence.

The networking initiative also provided an important opportunity to exchange ideas and explore potential areas for future collaboration in academic activities, research, curriculum development, academic and social engagement, and industry partnerships. The knowledge and insights gained from these visits will support the continuous improvement of the School of Management, Mae Fah Luang University, particularly in enhancing educational quality and organizational capacity in response to the changing needs of the business sector and society.
