วันที่ 16 ตุลาคม 2569 สำนักวิชาการจัดการ มหาวิทยาลัยแม่ฟ้าหลวง จัดพิธีลงนามบันทึกข้อตกลงความร่วมมือทางวิชาการ (Memorandum of Understanding: MOU) ร่วมกับ โรงแรมอนันตรา สามเหลี่ยมทองคำ แคมป์ช้าง แอนด์ รีสอร์ท (Anantara Golden Triangle Elephant Camp & Resort) ณ ห้องประชุมสำนักวิชาการจัดการ มหาวิทยาลัยแม่ฟ้าหลวง โดยมีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อส่งเสริมความร่วมมือด้านการจัดการเรียนการสอน การพัฒนาศักยภาพนักศึกษา และการเชื่อมโยงความรู้ทางทฤษฎีเข้ากับการปฏิบัติงานจริงในอุตสาหกรรมการบริการและการท่องเที่ยว

ความร่วมมือในครั้งนี้มุ่งเน้นการจัดการศึกษาในรูปแบบบูรณาการการเรียนรู้กับการทำงาน (Work-Integrated Learning) เพื่อเปิดโอกาสให้นักศึกษาได้ฝึกฝนทักษะวิชาชีพ ร่วมเรียนรู้จากสถานประกอบการชั้นนำ และพัฒนาสมรรถนะที่จำเป็นต่อการปฏิบัติงานในอุตสาหกรรมบริการระดับสากล ตลอดจนเตรียมความพร้อมให้นักศึกษาสามารถก้าวเข้าสู่ตลาดแรงงานอย่างมีคุณภาพและมีศักยภาพในการแข่งขันสูง

นอกจากนี้ ทั้งสองหน่วยงานยังร่วมมือกันส่งเสริมการแลกเปลี่ยนองค์ความรู้ระหว่างสถาบันอุดมศึกษากับภาคเอกชน การสนับสนุนบุคลากรผู้เชี่ยวชาญและผู้บริหารจากสถานประกอบการเข้าร่วมเป็นวิทยากรพิเศษและที่ปรึกษาทางวิชาการ รวมถึงการจัดกิจกรรมพัฒนานักศึกษาและบุคลากรร่วมกัน ซึ่งถือเป็นก้าวสำคัญในการสร้างเครือข่ายพันธมิตรร่วมกับสถานประกอบการระดับแนวหน้า เพื่อยกระดับคุณภาพการศึกษาให้ตอบโจทย์ความต้องการของภาคอุตสาหกรรมอย่างแท้จริง

On 16 October 2026, the School of Management, Mae Fah Luang University (MFU), officially signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with Anantara Golden Triangle Elephant Camp & Resort at the School of Management Meeting Room. The strategic partnership aims to enhance academic collaboration, strengthen student potential, and bridge classroom learning with hands-on professional experience in the hospitality and tourism sector.

Under this agreement, both institutions will collaborate to foster Work-Integrated Learning (WIL) initiatives, providing students with direct exposure to world-class hospitality practices. The program designed under this MOU will equip students with key industry competencies, professional skill sets, and practical knowledge necessary to thrive in today’s competitive global job market.

Furthermore, the partnership facilitates knowledge transfer between academia and industry. Senior executives and hospitality experts from Anantara Golden Triangle Elephant Camp & Resort will contribute to the curriculum as guest speakers and academic advisors, while both parties will jointly organize professional development activities for students and staff. This collaboration marks a significant milestone for MFU School of Management in building strong industry networks to continuously elevate educational standards in alignment with global industry demands.
